AMBER DODD
Amber Nicole Murphy Dodd, 27, of Magnolia, AR, gained her wings on, Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Magnolia Regional Medical Center and is now with her Heavenly Father. She was born to Bobby D. Murphy and Jennifer L. Bogard Hinshaw, both of Magnolia, Arkansas, on December 21,1994. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Robert A. Murphy, “Red”, and Ernestine Murphy, both of Waldo, AR, her maternal grandfather, Bobby Gean Bogard Jr, of Sheridan, Arkansas, and her maternal great- grandmother, Ima Jean Polk, “Nanny”, of Magnolia, Arkansas.
Amber was a 2013 graduate at Magnolia High School, in Magnolia, AR. She earned her associates degree in paralegal studies at Remington College, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Amber had an amazing personality and a genuinely kind heart, and a smile that lit up the room. She was kind to everyone and never met a stranger. She loved Jesus and going to church. She loved music, reading, art, drawing, and she wrote beautiful poetry, and enjoyed creative handwriting. She loved spending time with her many friends. She loved children and animals. She enjoyed fishing and riding four wheelers.
Amber is survived by her husband, Justin Dodd, of Shreveport, Louisiana. She was a devoted mother to her precious “Baby Bird,” Ryatt Aaron-Daniel Murphy, of Magnolia, AR; her father, Bobby D. Murphy and wife Christy of Magnolia, AR,; and her mother, Jennifer L. Bogard Hinshaw, also of Magnolia; two sisters, Miranda L. Murphy, of Petal, Mississippi and Rylee G. Burgay, of Magnolia, AR; three brothers, Adam H. Murphy and Christian M. Murphy of Magnolia, AR, and Sam Murphy of Longview, Texas; maternal grandmother, Becky Winberry, and husband Robert of Sheridan, AR; Paternal uncle, Paul Ray Murphy and wife Kerri; cousins Emery, Theo, and Raleigh of Sherwood, AR; paternal aunt, Elizbeth Murphy and cousins, DeVaughn, Breaden, and Kassidy Gales, of Springdale, AR; one maternal uncle, Scott Eggleston, of Helena, AR; one precious niece, Margo Hutcheson, of Petal, Mississippi; former stepfather, Don Jackson, of Magnolia, AR; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
She will be missed by so many.
She was preceded in death by ex-stepfather Jeremy Keith Williamson.
A celebration of Amber’s life will be held Friday, February 11, at 4 p.m., at Trinity Baptist Church in Magnolia, Arkansas. Bro. Leroy Martin officiating.
