Want to become a pastry chef for the day? Check out how you can with Cake Decorating at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs.
Amorette’s Patisserie has become a sweet staple in Disney Springs since it opened in 2016. They are known specifically for their Disney-themed cakes which consist of chiffon cake, mousse, and fruit jelly. Have you ever strolled into the store and admired the gorgeous cakes on display? Well, you don’t need to just admire them anymore.
Amorette’s Patisserie is welcoming back a fan-favorite event, Amorette’s Patisserie Cake Decorating Experience. This will be returning next month.
What actually is this experience and what’s included? Keep reading to learn all about this unique Disney Springs experience.
This 90-minute hands-on experience allows you to become a pastry chef of your own. You will create an edible work of art in a small group setting of just 14 guests. Another cool aspect of this experience? You’ll get to head into the show kitchen before the shop even opens!
But don’t worry, you won’t be on your own. The expert, talented cast members at Amorette’s Patisserie will teach you as you decorate a Mickey Mouse Dome Cake. They will teach you how to pour glaçage, and place Mickey’s iconic ears, tail, belt, and buttons. You’ll even be able to give Mickey some color with edible paint. Plus, your instructor will share tips and tricks about Amorette’s Patisserie.

After all of that hard work, you’ll be able to take home your gorgeous character cake which will be packaged neatly for transport. You will receive a special send-off and a special gift from the Amorette’s Patisserie team for your hard work. If all of the smells from Amorette’s tempts you, you’ll also be able to purchase some of your favorite items before they open for the day.
If you aren’t leaving Disney Springs right away, Amorette’s Patisserie will gladly hold onto your cake for the day and allow you to pick it up later in the day. How cool is that?

$199 plus tax will cover up to two guests who can decorate one cake and includes all-you-care-to-enjoy beverages like specialty coffee, tea, water, and select alcoholic beverages. An extra $50 plus tax will allow you a second cake, which you can request up to 48 hours before class. If you are interested, call 407-934-3500 before your class.
Unfortunately, you cannot just walk into the store and join the experience. Advanced reservations are required. If you are a party of more than 2 guests, you will need to make more than one reservation.
Guests must be over the age of 5 to participate and discounts do not apply to this experience.
Online booking begins November 14th for classes starting November 16th. Stay tuned to learn more details about this experience.
